Mini Salmon Quiches Recipe

Are you searching for an easy yet scrumptious appetizer to add in your menu and failing helplessly? Fret not! These mouth-watering heavenly bites are made using puff pastry sheets filled with scallion, parsley, egg, heavy cream, cream cheese, salmon topped with dill leaves.

Beside serving this happening continental dish in parties, you can pack them for lunch or even for the road trips in order to relish its flavors in the calm background.


Ingredients of Mini Salmon Quiches

1 1/3 cup heavy cream
2 puff pastry sheet
2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 sprig chopped dill leaves
4 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoon melted butter
black pepper as required
340 gm cubed cream cheese
340 gm salmon fish
4 bunches thinly sliced scallions
4 egg 


How to make Mini Salmon Quiches

Step 1
To begin with, preheat the oven to 190 degree Celsius, brush the muffin tin with butter and keep aside.

Step 2
In the meantime, place a pan on medium flame and pour oil. Once heated, add scallions and saute for about 5 minutes or until they turn tender. Then, add chopped parsley and turn off the heat after a minute.

Step 3
Next, take a bowl, put eggs and give it a proper whisk. Combine heavy cream along with salt according to your taste and mix it again. Now place the pastry puff sheet on a flat surface. Cut round shapes with the help of a cutter, keeping the size of muffin tin in mind.

Step 4
Once done, adjust the round sheets in the muffin tin and press lightly with the help of your fingers. Divide the prepared mixture in equal portions and stuff them nicely in the pastry sheets. Layer it further with salmon, cream cheese and sprinkle chopped dill leaves on top.

Step 5
Bake it for about 20-25 minutes or at least until the stuffing puffs a bit and turns golden brown. Once done, take out and allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Your Mini Salmon Quiches are ready to be relished.
