CNG auto-rickshaws join ride app ‘Hellow’

CNG-run auto-rickshaws have begun to join in a new ride hailing mobile app named ‘Hellow’.

The once popular mode of transportation that came under flack over the years because of charging high fares.

CNGs will be operating under the ride hailing app from March.

500 CNG-run auto-rickshaws have been brought into the system so far, Rokeya Prachi, communication director of developer company Top II said and added that they hope of launching the service in two months.

The service is expected to ensure government approved fare rates and passenger safety.
