'Want to do an action film, but nobody writes for me': SRK

Shah Rukh Khan is currently leaving his fans confused about what would he work on next. The actor has announced various projects with Netflix apart from his show Ted Talks, but he has still not spoken about any of his films.

Shah Rukh however now expressed desire to work in an action movie.

SRK, in an interview with Rajeev Masand, went on to reveal, "I have not signed any film. I have been hearing a lot of stories actually not just for me, just for production and so on. I don't know myself, I wanted to do an action film, a fun film. But I have not given it a thought, I'm ok actually."

Shah Rukh also said that he wants to do an action film. He concluded, "I want to do an action film. Want to kick some ass, do some box bit and one-liners. That's the struggle, nobody writes an action film for me."He went on to say, "I didn't even have a film, I was doing one and then that kind of fell through. Normally when I m doing a film I have worked out the next film and somehow I just didn't work out one and suddenly I just don't have any filmmakers offering me films. It's not enriching or anything, it's just nice. It's not even a big deal, I think initially when I go on Twitter, everybody is writing 'Oh iska birthday pe announce hoga'. In this speculation, I have done more films than I have ever done in my life."
