The much-beloved character of ‘Chhoto Kaku’, written by renowned media personality and children’s litterateur Faridur Reza Sagar, has received immense popularity through the television series, books, drama serials and comic books. Seasoned actor-director Afzal Hossain has directed a film based on the first story titled ‘Cox’s Bazare Kakatua’ from the ‘Chhoto Kaku’ series. The viewers will get an opportunity to watch the film on Channel i today at 3:05pm.

Afzal Hossain himself has played the role of ‘Chhoto Kaku’ while other imporatant casts of the film include Zahiruddin Piyar, Shams Sumon,Orsha and Tanveer Hossain Probal, among others.

In the story of the film, Chhoto Kaku is exploring through Ramu, a place 10 miles away from Cox’s Bazar city. Suddenly, his phone starts ringing. Picking up the phone, Chhoto Kaku speaks to an unknown caller for a few moments. Having completed the conversation, Chhoto Kaku asks the driver about a place named Ghumghum. Next he orders the driver to move towards Teknaf.
