BJMC earn valuable point

Team BJMC earned a valuable point in the Bangladesh Premier League when they forced Chittagong Abahani Limited to a 1-1 draw yesterday at the Shaheed Bulu Stadium.

Team BJMC, who finished the first phase at the most bottom side in points table with…… went  down to more trouble suffering 2-1 defeat at the hands of Mohammedan Sporting Club, had some comfort with obtaining the point from a big opponents.

After obtaining the point BJMC managed five points from 15 matches when Chittagong Abahani Limited from as any matches amassed 18 points.

BJMC, who yet to taste any win in their previous 14 matches and after suffering defeats to Mohammedan and Saif Sporting in the first and second match of second half, every match turned for them into final to avoid the relegation zone.

On the day they raised hope to earn full three points with taking the lead at the late hour of the first half and also it looked that BJMC were going to success to bag the valuable points when they led up to 83 minutes.

But Chittagong giants, after working hard leveled the margin on 83rd minute to deprive BJMC obtaining full three points.

Samson Illiasu led BJMC with a tremendous los shot from outside the box on 40th minute.

BJMC, though kept the lead up to 83 minutes, Chittagong Abahani finally equalsied the match with Mamoudu Bah slammed home his header on a rebounder (1-1).
