Tasmin Khan receives ‘Businesswomen of the Year’ award

Tasmin Lucia Khan, former BBC News TV presenter, has recently been awarded Business-woman of the Year Award organised by the UK Bangladesh Catalysts of Commerce and Industry (UKBCCI), a press release yesterday.

The UKBCCI pays tribute to the invaluable impact of the Bangladeshi community on the British Economy annually through UKBCCI Awards since 2016.

Ten British Bangladeshi residents from a diverse range of industries were honoured for their personal contributions and achievement at the annual UKBCCI Awards, which took place in central London.

Tasmin, an Oxford graduate, received the Businesswoman of the Year Award, which celebrates the spirit, achievements, success and acumen of an exceptional business woman, the women added.
