With her hands full of various projects, including stage performance and lending vocal to original scores, melodious Bangladeshi singer Salma is passing busy time in the country’s music industry.
However, a rumour surfaced recently that Salma has left the music as well as left the country forever.
When asked about the rumour, the winner of ‘Close-up 1 Tomakei Khujchhe Bangladesh’ confirmed that the news is entirely false and she does not have any intention to leave the music industry. “I don’t have any clue about such fake news and I am not aware of who are behind the scene for spreading it to the mass media and audiences.
“Yes, it is true that because of some personal reasons, I stayed outside the country for a few days. But it does not mean that I left the music arena and would not return to the country. Music is my life and it fulfils my dream. I am leaving it, anyway”, she added
Salma has recently lent her vocal to a new song ‘Dur Ojanay’ tuned by Habi Wahid. Alongside, she has rendered another song written by Jannat Ara Ferdous on Sunday.
